HELP... having a problem getting this line started

hi folks i am hoping some one out there can help me get my next family line started, i dont know if it just cant see the woods for trees or what but here goes......

i am just starting my welch family line after talking to my step dad i got the following info

my step grandad was percy alwyn welch he was born around 1911 in the eastwood area.
 he was married to mary (nee allen we think).
 he had a brother called charlie and two sister that we do not know the name of.
percy and mary had 5 children
 adrian 1945
 veronica 1953
 corolyn 1948
 david 1938
 peter 1943
 
percy was also a pub landlord in eastwood not got those details from the family yet but remember them talking about it once. hope someone out there can help
