Hi

I have an ancestor who on the 1851 census gave his place of birth (circa 1777) as Thornley cum Wheatley.

I tried to hire the church records through my local LDS Family History Library to find that only the Methodist Chapel Records were available.

Would anyone know where the records/registers for Lees House Chapel RC can be accessed?

On the Catholic History website I did find a reference to  Lee House Chapel 1752 - 1841 contributed by R Trappes-Lomax however the price was 45 pounds(way out of my budget) Don't suppose anyone out there has a copy?
