Bungay parish records

Hi does anyone have access to Bungay parish records ,
Iam trying to find the parents of

FRANCIS    RICHES     born 1695     BUNGAY

He married Rebbeca HARDINHAM   in 1720 

Children were
Rebbeca born 5 june 1727 / married 2 nov 1757 at TRINITY    BUNGAY

Elizabeth born 8 sept 1729
Susanna born 26 july 1731
Frances born 21 jan 1734 (female)
joseph born 13 march 1736

Any info on them would also be of great help , but mostly want to find Francis parents

Hi Sue

I looked at the transcribed Bungay PRs today, which have also been indexed.  There was a baptism of a Riches in 1584, and then no more Riches were baptised until 1785.  Sorry 

(The children listed above born 1727-1736 - were these the birth years or baptisms?  Obviously these were missing from the baptism register transcript as well, but should they also have been there?)

Sorry! - I was looking at St Mary's Bungay not Holy Trinity!

All the children you have listed are in the baptism register of Holy Trinity.

I tried to find the baptism of Francis Riches (1695) but - would you believe it? - records are missing from 1689/90 to 1708/9

Hi I’m probably a bit late to the party and you may have found what you are looking for! I was searching for information on Francis Riches that died at sea in 1754/55 Great Yarmouth - maybe the same Francis you mention?
According to my research his father was Robert Riches born abt 1678 Brumstead Norfolk died 5 February 1728 Brumstead
