  Hello all

My name is Katrina and I am actually a descendant of Harriet Coles and I live in Australia.

Harriet had 3 children
Annie
Eli
Lily.

I was just surfing the web and found this site.

I am unfortunately away from my computer at the moment, I will fill you all in of what I've found so far.

I have just realized that this post was from a long while ago.  But hopefully whoever was looking is still looking. 

Annie Coles is my Great Great Grandmother.  Annie was born to Harriet (no father) but through DNA results from another relative her father is George Henry Ward.  Harriet is said to have fallen pregnant on the crossing to Australia but I cannot so far track that but do have some theories why.  Harriet was born in Charlgrove, Oxforshire abt 1842. That is going by Annie birth extract as Harriet was 37 at time of registration.
Again no father listed for Eli or Lily. I am still working on that......

As for what happened to Harriet I am not 100% sure but numbers are adding up to her marring Alois Engeler 19.04.1888
