looking for a birth date please

can someone help me with a birth date please ?
 ,name i'm looking for  is "George Osborne Edwin Williams"
 Born 1871? or 1872?....his fathers name was "John Willams",but i have no idea what his mothers  name was!
 if somone can help me with the date,volume page please i'd be very gratefull...

There's a George Osborne Williams born March quarter 1872, Swansea, 11a page 631.
