1846 Dublin Marriage Lookup

Hi, Could any person tell me how to get a Marriage certificate for a Jane OSBORNE, who was married  in St Annes church Dublin on 14/7/1846. I am looking for particulars off this certificate. I beleive her fathers name is John OSBORNE and her brothers name Alick OSBORNE, any help appreciated.
