Balfron and Dunbarton

Am at a standstill on this branch of my family tree. I am in possession of a marriage license which shows Mary Lynch married James Moiser on the 3rd of May 1858 in Balfron. Shortly thereafter, they moved to England which is where James was from. Mary's parents were John Lynch and his wife Helen nee Bruce. Any help on what I can do to find these people?
