John Funnell born 1754

Hello Chris,
I have traced my ancestor John Funnell to his marriage in Mountfield on Nov 2 1780 To Ann Hilder.
I cannot find any earlier records in Mountfield which relate to him.
A corresponding birth in Whatlington, based on his age at time of death, on 25 June 1754, base born to Mary Funnell, is the only possibility I can find which may be his birth.
Is it possible to look up Whatlington deaths to determine if he may have died their or that he moved to Mountfield?
