Researching HUGH REILLY, (Possibly RALLY or RAILY) a soldier from TAYLORSTOWN, Parish of BALLYSCULLION, born about 1800, whose daughter SARAH REILLY married JOHN LINDSAY in 1850 in Ballymena Registrar’s Office in 1850. They relocated to BALLYMENA in the early 1860’s after previously living at GRANGE, BALLYSCULLION and had four of their children baptized in Ballymena Church of Ireland in 1861. One of their sons, yet another John LINDSAY (1851-1884) became a carpenter and married ELIZA JANE HUTCHINSON or TURK in 1871 in the same church. Their son JOHN LINDSAY (1880-1972) married ELIZA JANE McFETRIDGE in 1902 and my grandfather JOHN LINDSAY the Fifth was born in HOPE STREET, BALLYMENA on October 1902
