please can anybody assist with further information about the folowing individuals:

William Heron  B.  ?   D. before 1881

Married june quarter 1866 Castle Ward Northumberland (most likely Ponteland)

Matilda Ford  ( i'm upto speed here)

Know Children

John George Heron B circa 1868 (living with grand mother Elizabeth Ford 1881 census)

William Thomas Heron B. 1873 C. 3 may 1873 st Andrews Newcastle upon Tyne.

Any help would be a bonus

You still looking for info on the Herons? They ran a dairy business from the early 50s in not earlier through to mid 80's or so in Darras Hall, and lived at the bottom of The Rise. I remember their old Bedford milk float well!

Thanks for the little snippet, I can just see the Bedford cresting the rise now ;)I'm still looking for Fords and Heron's as yet I've not been able to link with a live one. I'm sure one day I'll be lucky.
