1910 or 1920 New Bedford, Mass. Lookup please

Hi everyone.  Happy New Year!

I have lost my grandfather's sister and her family.  We believe they moved to New Bedford, Mass. Not sure when.

John Lawrence Row b.c. 1878 Lancashire, England
Elizabeth (Libby) Alice Row b. 1874 Lancashire, England
Known children: Alice (1905), James (1909) and Thomas (?).

I am hoping they show up in one of these U.S. census.

there is a John L Row who is arriving in Ellis Island at the following link - he is going to his brother Harry Row, his wife is Elizabeth Row still in Rawtenstal, England

In the 1920 Census there is a Harry Row in New Bedford with his wife Clara and son Harry (less than 1 year old) - parents born in England and immigrated in 1914) - I can't seem to find John Row in the 1920 census though.
