Sussex Family History Day
« on: Friday 13 January 06 13:21 GMT (UK) »
March 11th 2 - 5pm
Cuckfield Museum, Queen's Hall Cuckfield, West Sussex
Family History Day

Whether you are born and bred in Sussex, or live further away and want to research your Sussex ancestors, this is the day for you.   Chris Swarbrooke, better known to Rootschatters as 'Chris in 1066land', will be giving a talk for "Absolute Beginners" showing you how to use items often found in the home to start your family tree research.
Members of the Sussex Family History Group will be there to sell their publications and offer specialist knowledge.  Expert advice will be available from other local and family historians on Local History, e.g. Using the Internet for Research, Census Records, Civil Registration etc.

The Museum will be open for you to look for those Cuckfield connections too.
Admission £2
Telephone 01444 413172 to book a place for the talk or for further details.

I hope to meet you there

Andrea (better known to Rootschatters as Sillgen)
