Evans research 1740 - 1760

Hello,

We have been researching my husband's Evans genealogy (he is an
American living in England) and have researched the Evans in America back
to around 1740.  We have done a little research at the National Library
of Wales looking at LDS microfilm and Parish records.

We have been looking, in particular, for Richard and Rowland Evans who we
understand emigrated as young children with their parents.  The parents,
however, died during the crossing and the children were orphaned in Boston,
no real evidence.  We do have official  records of the then young men in
Charleston, SC.

Can you advise us as to how we can narrow our search or find any more
information since we are at a standstill to obtain linkage from Wales to America.
