1841 census for Humphrey Spencer

Could somebody look up census return for 1841 or parish records for a Humphrey and Susan(or possibly Susannah) Spencer who had the following children, Mary Ann  1817 Elizabeth 1818 and Humphrey 1821. They were christened at Hayop, Rads.  Any information would be helpful in my search.  Thanks

Sorry couldn't find any Spencer's in Radnorshire.

Thanks that confirms that they had moved away from Radnorshire before 1841
