Yarrow,Ettrick,Roberton,etc or Selkirk,Selkirk.

Sorry I do not understand your reply. Are you saying there is more than one Selkirk. The only info I have is from England Census. Rg 11 / 4675/93 Page 14 and Rg12/3849/116 Page 25 which state he was ages 23 & 33 and he was born in Selkirk Scotland. I feel he must be on the Scotland Census in 1871 and 1861 age 3 & 13 unless his family had moved south. So Selkirk Scotland Born approx 1858 Thomas Grieve or Grieves.

What names are you looking for in the 1841 census for Selkirk, there are alot of them.
