Gidday everyone,
I am researching William John HUMPHRIES and his family, and I was hoping some one else who was also doing research on this family would be able to help me on my way again. I have hit a very big brick wall that I can not get over. 


                                            William John HUMPHRIES


            William John HUMPHRIES was born in 1763 in Shropshire, England and
              was christened on 28 DECEMBER 1763 in Ditton Priors, Shropshire,
              England. 

              General Notes: According to their  marriage record, it gives Amy's
              surname as Lawley.

              William married Lousia Amy LAWLEY on 22 DECEMBER 1795 in
              Ditton Priors, Shropshire, England.   They had six children:
              William, Amy, John, Anne, Jeremiah, and Prudence.

            William HUMPHRIES was born in APRIL 1796 in Shropshire, England,
              died on 13 OCTOBER 1882 in Bolinda, Victoria, Australia, at age
              86, and was buried on 15 OCTOBER 1882 in Riddles Creek, Victoria,
              Australia. 

              General Notes: CONVICT

            Noted events in his life were:

            *  He was employed. Brick Maker / Farmer
            *  Convict: Convict.

              William married Louisa Jane HARPER  (SOMETIMES SHOWN AS ARPIN)
           daughter of John HARPER  (SOMETIMES SHOWN AS ARPIN) and
              Lucy, in 1833 in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia.
