hi boogie, would you mind looking for the following it seems they spent time between ,selkirk and yarrow. they are in selkirk 1851.  Hoping to find them at yarrow ,1841.

I've been reasearching my family of Scott and have run into a road block in Yarrow too.  I was wondering if you've had much success and might be willing to check your records to look for my rellie?  I've done quite well piecing togther the family (and decsendants) of William Scott. He died in 1848 in Ashkirk and his headstone says he was 48.  His marriage regisration of 1826 (to Mary Scott - daughter of John and Helen (Nellie) Scott) states that William was from Ettrickbridge, Yarrow.  Have you seen in passing a William Scott born about 1800 in Yarrow?

Looks like a big house with all those people in it.
Were Alexander and Jessie his brother and sister-in-law. I could only look at the transcript so I am unable to tell what the relationships were.
