searching for tongue family

Hi i am trying to trace my family who have the surname tongue,all i know is that my grandfather ronald Tongue was born in 1916 and was registered in Merthyr tydfil.I know that his mother was Isabella Pugh and his father was Sydney Tongue but i don't know anything about them or the rest of the family so if anyone could help i would be grateful
Research names are  Tongue, East, Richardson and Jones

no i have not got it,i founfd the info on the birth marriage and death index
