Hello Sheila, glad to see you are active on here. I did find your page on your relative, but had no response to the email I sent you. I have recently purchased a 'portrait of a Gentleman' bearing the signature of P C Stortz and have been trying to find out more information on him. Also I would love to know who the portrait is of.
