   I am researching the name Kernaghan in Liverpool in the period 1829 to 1854.
 Associated names are Fowler, Roberts & O'Loughlin.
 Most of the family emigrated to Australia.

Yes I have seen these before & they should all be part of my tree.
William Henry Kernaghan b 1852 is my great grandfather.
The family emigrated to Australia in 1854 on the Marco Polo.
  John who married in 1848 to a Eliza Roberts d 1848 remains a mystery as we also believe he is the same John who married again in 1852 to a Margaret Robinson & then came to Australia in 1853 & disappeared.
BMD has a death for a John in 1882 the right age but there is also a John who died in Adelaide with parents unknown who could also be him.
 One record I have not seen before is John Robinson Kernaghan who married possibly Charlotte Teare/Teave.
Which indicates the family may have returned to England.
