Richard GARNHAM and Rosa LEEKS m 1897
« on: Saturday 11 February 06 12:10 GMT (UK) »
First Time on this so here goes.   The above were my G/P. they had a son West? 1899? (aged 2 in 1901 census)...no trace.  A Son Albert Richard 13/2/1900..no other trace. Cannot find their children etc who would be my only cousins. Did they die early or something, maybe never married?  My mum was their sister and all were brought up in orphanages in early 1900, hence not a clue! Any info would be so welcome.   My G/M Rosa spent 40yrs in a mental institution so nothing there either.

Thanks Joe...I have found all that...problem is I have Alfreds birth cert.  but West cannot be traced by the GRO.   My mum always said they were taken into a home as weel so he must have been about 10yrs, but no death or marriage records so it stops there.

Thanks anyway....my first reply..what a great site.
