1841 census look up request: Phillips

Hi,

I am looking for a Joseph Phillips (and family?) from Swansea. I know he was born in 1775 as I have his death cert, aged 73 in 1848, making him approx. 66 in 1841.  He was a mariner although pilot listed on death cert.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
