I'm looking for an Emma GOULDING b abt 1823 Cambs
She had a daughter Louisa b abt. 1857 Cambs.

Also had a grandson Arthur J Nobbs born about 1866 living with Emma and Louisa in 1881 census.

She was listed as being a widow in 1881
Trying to find who she was married to so maybe if I can find her in 1871 or 1861 he may still be alive.

There is also a reference for the death of a Joseph Goulding in 1858 aged 37

Where abouts did you find the death and marriage references? Are they available to lookup online coz I've got some more I wouldn't mind doing.

In regards to her being nee GEE that's interesting.
I have 2 GEE sisters marrying 2 GOLDING brothers at the moment can't see where Emma would or could fit in though. Do you have any suggestions where I can look to find her birthplace and parents??

I saw on camb birth index b 1823 Emma d of William and Catherine
do you think that might be her?

THen I saw in the death index Emma d 1835 age 11 Whittlesford.
Also found one that may be her in 1841 so will post for someone to post that for me and a possibility for her brother William so am still hopeful.
