I have loads of information about my g grandfather and his family to assist your search....

Evan DAVIES, born 04.05 1850 in Vaughan's Field, Dowlais, Glamorgan.
Spouse was Eliza RICHARDS,born 1851 in Cornwall.
Married 05.09.1868 in Merthyr Tydfil.

Siblings: Thomas W, Samuel G, Evan, Edward*, Mary, Elizabeth, Harriet Ann, Johnston, Kate and Joseph J.

Evan, a collier, sung at the Welsh Eisteddfod every year and won prizes. The family lived in various houses in Dowlais until the family uprooted in 1878/79 and moved to Workington in Cumbria.
