How do i find out what happened to my ancestors once they landed in the US.

Maria Allfrey arrived 10th April 1911 on the Merion to Philadelphia Pennsylvania with grandson Alfred Edward George Deller

Going on to daughter Mrs Geo Lyon(looks like) in Los Angeles.  Can not find which daughter was married to a Lyon.  Her daughters names were Ada F Burden, Alice M Burden, Mary Jane Burden, Edith Burden, Ethel Lilian Burden all from her first marriage.

Could some please help.
On the Philadelphia passenger list

Maria Allfrey arrived 10th April 1911
Age 59 English

However i already have her on the 1861 england census being born in 1841 bethnal geen London Middlesex. Which would make her around 69

Alfred Ed Goe Deller was born in West Ham Essex England in 1906

Could you add some ages and place of birth to narrow down the searches?  May help find them in the census.

I am trying to locate some of my family members that went to the US in 1911.  The address that they put on the ships manifest was

Mrs Geo(possibly) Lyon
419 Rush Avenue? Los Angeles California

Their names were Maria Allfrey and Alfred Geo Ed Deller

Can any one tell me what my next move
should be.Apparently Mrs Geo Lyon was one of  Maria Allfrey's daughter from her first marriage.

Her daughters names were

Julia M Burden born around 1862
Ada F Burden born around 1865
Alice M Burden born around 1870
Jane Burden (possible Mary Jane) born around 1873
Edith Burden born around 1876
Ethel Burden born around 1879
