Advice on an obituary
« on: Thursday 16 March 06 18:44 GMT (UK) »
Dear All;

Just found out that my late cousin is buried in the Douglas Burrow Cemetery.  His name was Brian Murrell and passed away or was buried on June 22, 1979.  I believe he drowned while scuba diving.

I am hoping someone can advise me on where I may obtain an obituary.

Many thanks!
Cas

Hiya Cas,

It appears the obituary of your late cousin Brian Murrell
should be in the Reading Room at the Manx National Heritage Library. www.gov.im/mnh/heritage/library/publicinfo/genealogists.xml
Manx Newspapers are also available at the:
British Library Newspaper Library, Colindale Avenue, London NW9 5HE.
Tel: (020) 7412 7353 Email: newspaper@bl.uk Website: www.bl.uk
