John Trelawny & Margaret Addis

I have this information---John Trelawny married Margaret Addis on 8 May1716 at St Andrews Plymouth.
They had one son John Addis Trelawny who predeceased his mother. Her will  (Margaret) is dated Dec 1739. In her will she mentions Samuel Trelawny
(a physick) ALSO Dr Trelawny & wife. Does anyone know anything about them please.  Vesta
