I have my original copy in front of me - which is slightly better quality than on the forum - but is not much use trying to help with translation!!

The bit in the middle on page 1 that is sideways is signed by a Vice Consul  but I can't see enough of the letters to make out his name.

The first handwritten part of that looks like William MacBurnie written in Cyrillic letters.  He appeared  (probably) at the Imperial Russian General ?Embassy or Consulate in London on ?? May 1909 ..........  (two words really difficult to read) then the Vice Consul's signature.
