Joseph WATKINS of Colwall is said to be a horse thief who was transported to Tobago somwtime in the 1800's. He left his wife Harriett and a daughter Mary Ann.

Dec 1849 Marriage Joseph Watkins and Harriett Winwood

Baptism recorded 7th April 1850 Mary Ann to Joseph and Harriett Watkins of Colwall

1851 census Harriett Watkins 24 and daughter Mary in Colwall (father not recorded)

Baptism recorded 12th Nov 1854 Charles Edwin to Harriett (living away from her husband)

Baptism recorded 9th Oct 1825 George (Illigitimate) to Mary Watkins

Mary Watkins later married Thomas SCRIVENS taking little George with her.

Is there anybody who recognises these people, who has any knowledge of them?
