Hi mack,
He was Gerald Frederick Chamberlain of Riseley Bedfordshire. He died on 12th July 1918 and is buried at the cemetary in Pernes.
He was in the Royal Field Artillery, Lance Bombadier 123749, "D" Bty, 5th Bde.
I looked for a medal card as well but havnt had any luck.
         Many thanks.  Linda.

Thank you very much Annie. Its a surprise to see him listed as a driver because I thought he looked after horses! Anyone have any idea what he may have driven? I am glad you can order a medal card. It will be nice to have.
Many thanks Annie and Mack.  Best wishes  Linda.

Thank you very much Wendi. I will order a copy. My family dont seem to have any information on how he died, only that it was in a hospital.
I may get some answers now.  Best wishes. Linda.
