Marriage of Richard Ward & Margaret Farrell

I have discovered that the about marriage was 25/10/1899 Drogheda Queens, County Ireland, according to their son's birth certificate in Scotland.  I am trying to discover more about Richard and any other family.  How can I best do this?

Thanks for these names, but to decipher who the parents are it is very much a hit or miss is it not.  Is there anywhere I can purchase a copy of the marriage certificate to determine the names of the parents
