Port of London Records

Would anyone know where I might find records for ships entering and leaving the Port of London ???

I tried the Kew site and The National Archives Online Catalogue but couldn't find them.

Any assistance greatly appreciated. :D

As a slight update on the above query,  the ship I am looking for is the Betitcodiac,  which I think would have been Norwegian.  On the 1900 Norwegian Census I have a possible G-Grandfather listed as being on this ship bound for London.

All of my internet searches have been fruitless.  And my postings on the Norway Rootsweb on this ship have not helped.  Does anyone know of a resource where one may find Norwegian ships?

         Sometime ago I was doing some reseach into Merchant shipping in and around the time of the world wars and came across this site which started of as a family site but expanded to cover all aspects of Norweigan shipping, might be worth exploring.
