it is possible, i was told Aurora was her birthplace by a lady in US whose huband is her great grandmother.  I had originally presumed that Aurora was in US, but have since found Canada

sorry getting carried away, my last message should read....Mary Jane is the great grandmother of the husband of the lady in US who informed me she was born in Aurora!! hope you understand!

Aurora is in York County, my neighbors mother is a librarian there.   :)

What about siblings of Mary?

Is York County - Ontario, sorry my geog's rubbish.  I don't think the marriage can be 1854 as Mary would only be 14.plus they had 7 children, first being born 1865 so that would be big gap!!  Have no information about Marys family at all

Yes, it's in York County, Province of Ontario.  It's a small town just north of Toronto.

1864 would be make sense for the date of marriage, but is it possible to find this out if in Ontario? ?

Yes, if it was registered.  I'm not having luck on ancestry finding it, but next time I'm at the library I can look at the original indexes for you.  I won't be going till Saturday.
