Can anyone help with the parents of Samuel Trelawny
b.1683 d.1711. He married Elizabeth Edgecumbe in1710
she d. 1733.
They could possibly be Robert Trelawny b Oct 1633 d. 1704 & Ann Amadas d. 17 Jan 1696
or
John Trelawny b. circa 1633 for whom I cannot find a wife.
Any help apprecicated

You may wish to consider the following, which is I'm afraid a little vague:
John Trelawny bpt. 27Oct1633 St Andrew's Plymouth, (son and heir of Robert Trelawny and his wife Anne Crooke, as a result of the death 1666 of John's elder brother Samuel b. 31 Mar1630) married a Pollexfen (name and date not presently known). He subsequently married Mary Row 20 July 1685 at St Andrew's.  His son Samuel Pollexfen Trelawny of Ham b, 1685. - Alumni Oxoniensis states "Samuel Trelawny son of John of Plymouth, Devon, gent, matric Exeter college 4 March 1701/2 aged 17, fellow 1704/11, BA 1707, MA 1710, B.Med 1711". Married ?? presently unknown, but daughter and heiress was Mary Trelawny who married Collins and had Rev. Charles T Collins Trelawny, etc.

Thank you Blackswanne for your help. I apologise for my late reply but I only returned from Holiday a couple of hours ago. I have saved your answer & will check it out with what I know.
Many thanks Vesta
