How do i find an Autopsy

Thanks to AnnieMc i have just received the Death regestration for John Alfred Fletcher. It  appears he suffered a heart attack. It has this Question: Was there an autopsy? Answer Yes. How do i go about finding his autopsy? This is the first time i have come across this. Can anyone help?

Hello Carol:

I would think that an autopsy was done because he did not died in the hospital..  But not sure if a person can get a copy.   Does the certificate say what hospital?  Maybe you could write there.

Street or Road Shaughnessy Hospital
It is signed by G.H.Wasty M.D For Supt Shaughnessy Hospital December 10th 1966
