1901 census for  Tryddyn  Flintshire.  Sarah has become Alice but I note she was Sarah A on the 1891

Brilliant Carole,

Thanks for finding them.  I could only find two Jessie Davies's in the 1901 but both were servants.

I think the spelling is Treuddyn.  I did pick up a bit of Welsh when I lived in Wales! comes in handy sometimes lol

Thanks so much girls for all this Wonderful information. It's not for me but for Winnie the Poo who is at the moment at Manchester trying to trace Jessie. Thank you so much, I will send her the information.  ;D

Hello,

I came across this thread whilst looking for details of my grandparents.  My grandfather was the John Davies (junior) mentioned here - brother of Annie (1877), Jessie (1881), Maggie (1883), Lizzie (1879), Louie (1885), Ithiel (1888), and George (1892).  I'd be interested to know if "Winnie the Pooh" ever did trace Jessie!
