Not sure where this should be posted

Looking for a marriage of Thomas Jones and Hannah Ribee

In 1851 Thomas (born Haverfordwest) was living in Haverfordwest with his parents William and Mary In 1851 Hannah (born Suffield near Scarborough) was a cook for a Richard Chambers in Tynmouth
Sometime between 1854 and 1856 they had a daughter Martha Jones in London, Middlesex and by 1861 they were living in Haverfordwest having produced two more children.

I cannot find a marriage - really don't know where to look also I cannot find Martha's birth - can anyone help please?

Hi Valry,

You could search for the marriage here:
http://content.ancestry.co.uk/iexec/?htx=List&dbid=8965&offerid=0%3a7858%3a0

I think I can see Hannah in 1841:

Hannah's christening is on the IGI at www.familysearch.org

Hannah Riby
11 February 1827 Hackness, Yorkshire
Parents George Riby and Hannah

Searching the batch number for all the children named Riby born to parents George and Hannah, I can see a total of 10 christenings between 1813 and 1838.

I have searched 10 years on the IGI for a marriage but have come up with nothing.   Had started trying to search for Thomas Jones in case Hannah's name had been mistranscribed but I havn't a clue as to which area to look.   I can only presume they may have married in London as that is where Martha was born.  Thanks for the other info much appreciated.  Valry

I don't think Thomas and Hannah's marriage is on the IGI - Or let's say I couldn't see it, at last  ;D

Hannah's parents' marriage is there, however. 12 Dec 1812 in Hackness.  :D
