Please improve EDT's hairline
« on: Monday 29 May 06 09:30 BST (UK) »
Here is a first attempt by me to use you wonderful folk who help with improving old photos.  What a great bunch of people you are!

The attached (I hope it's attached) needs a little assistance with his hair, don't you think?  The rest really is not important.  Thanks, in anticipation.

Hi Chilis,
You see. Flattery will get you somewhere.Great results.
I am puzzled though why you said that the rest was unimportant

To be honest, I felt it was rather demanding of me to seek any help at all, let alone expect someone to do a full-scale make-over.  I was well satisfied with the removal (cover up, whatever) of the patch by the hairline.

As a matter of fact, I also have a cracked picture of EDT's son - a poor picture, marred by a sizeable crack - which I would have liked 'repaired', but I haven't the audacity to ask for BOTH to be improved.  Admittedly, these are the only two pictures I have.  But, do you think I dare ask?

Why not Chilis..........isn't that what this is about.....keep the pics coming........ ;D

I'm just an amateur at repairing compared to some of the Whizzers here...so there's a lot of learning to be done and a lot of enjoyment to be had.....so bring 'em on... ;D

Plus we have to remember these photos are 'Precious Treasures' that must never be lost.......

Hi Chilis,
I suspected it was something like that.
We like challenges on this section. Sometimes we fail but
we love to have a go. Post anything you like as often as you like.
Just understand that sometimes people are busy with other things.
Sooner or later someone will get round to you.If nothing happens in a
week, try posting it again (but this rarely happens)
Again, welcome to the section.
