A great wealth of online information ranging from London Chronologies (year by year of major events in the city), the Lives of Street Musicians and other workers, the Victorian London section is particularly interesting with item such as Fast Food in Victorian London, Street Floods of Lambeth, Clapham Common Industries, London Cabmen, Recruiting Sergents of Westminster  ... lots  of great stuff and images.

Excllent site with articles, first-hand accounts of (mainly Victorian) life including things like the Cholera Epidemic, Markets, Occupations, Spitalfields Weavers, Major Events with a good subject and article index as well as images and illustrations.
