Hi biscute, and welcome to Rootschat  :)

Do you have any other information about Sarah?  Do you know who her parents were, for example?
What were you hoping we could help you to find out?

I have found Sarah on the IGI which shows that her christening (not birth) date was 12 Mar 1811 - do you have this?

Cheers
Prue

Hi Pat,
I've had a bit more of a look on the IGI and the 1841 census but unfortunately no luck  :(  I imagine that "Printz" is the kind of name that's going to be misspelled alot, and mistranscribed, so it might be hard to trace.

As your family hails from Warwickshire, I'd suggest you post a query on the Warwickshire board, stating what you know and what you want.  The people over there will have a good idea of where to start looking - parish records and stuff like that  :)

The Warwickshire board is here:

Good luck!

Hi biscute

What do you wish to know about Sarah Magdalena Printz? She married John Vice who became the first police inspector in Coventry.

Welcome to rootschat Graham. Biscute hasn't been on rootschat since 2006 I'm afraid, so unsure if they will receive notification of a reply.

Hi Graham,

I am very sorry but your message to biscute has sadly bounced back to us as the email address they gave is no longer working :'(

I have done a little search but I have not been able to find an alternative way of contacting this person.

Regards

Sarah
