1891 Leek Staffordshire lookup please

Hello,  hoping someone could advise if the following couple who were married at St Edwards, Leek, Staffs, in 1889, were still residing in Leek for 1891 census.

WAKELIN Isaac, born, 1866, Congleton, Cheshire
WAKELIN Rose Ellen, born 1869, Leek, Staffordshire

There may be children, sorry no details as yet.

Appreciate any help you can give me.

Isaac and Rose Ellen were the great grandparents of my wife through their son Roylance and grandson Martin.

In 20+ years of research this is only the second time I have found a reference to this line of the Wakelin family and wonder what your connection is.

I notice you have the Cater name listed as an interest and is this the family that Isaacs half sister Mary Jones married into?

I am sure if you have been researching the name(s) we must have information of benefit to each other and look forward to hearing from you

I hope you don't mind me sending this but while I was looking at my Great Grandfather's death certificate I came across the name Isaac Wakelin!    I put it in find my past an his and his wife's details are the same as your post!  After looking on FML I put his name in the search engine and found this message!!  I don't think he's a relative at the moment as neither surname is in my tree as yet!!  Anyway,. In the box on my Ggf's death certificate that Say's Signature, description and residence of informant it says Isaac Wakelin - Present at the death - 3 South Street Leek!  I live in leek myself so think this should be South Bank Street as I don't know of a south Street unless it's a street that has been renamed!!!   What I'm hoping is can you tell me anything about him that might be helpful!  Apart from the fact that I can't prove if they were just friends the only connection I can see they both were working in the silk industry!  My bff was a silk baller and if I'm right Isaac was manager or the like at a silk mill!!
