my ggranny was Mary McCallion b.1863 . she married Dominic McDaid and lived in the Illies. I think they had 7 children. Cornelius b12.08.1989 is my granddad. Would love to know if this is who you are looking for?

Looking at the Census in Donegal the McDaids & McCallions seems to be neighbours in meendacalliagh.

Hi Little Annie,
My material great grandfather was Dimlick McDaid. He married Mary McCallion, whose father and mother where Denis McCallion and Biddy Hargan. They were from Glackmore. Their children were Bridget, Mary, Patrick, Anne and James. If I remember correctly these are all listed in Iskaheen.
I hope that is usual to you.
