I don't think there is any difference although I know that GRO are trying to encourage more ordering online because of the system they use to operate the service.

I always order online. It's my computer so I use it. Dearly beloved takes care of the telephone, so that's his toy. :D

Actually Paula, I know that one too.  The telephone has become the business phone, nobody ever calls me on it, they all email, so I don't like to use it too much!!!!!!! :o :o
