Missing Huish family

I have hit a brick wall with my great grandparents.  My great grandfather was Henry Thomas Huish born 1845, Newington. His parents were Henry Huish and Elizabeth Walsh (Ballard).
I have Henry on 1861 census aged 15, groom living at 21 King St, Lambeth, and again on 1881 census married to Mary Ann (nee Meek) born abt 1848, Southwark. On 1881 census he is a Bellows Maker and they have 3 children, Mary Ann Alice, Henry Charles and Lucy/Laura (my grandmother). They are at 230 St Georges Rd, Camberwell.
On 1891 census they are in Amelia Terrace, Willowbrook Road, Camberwell.

I cannot find the family on 1871 census, by which time their first child Mary Ann Alice would have been born (1869)
I cannot find a marriage for Henry Huish and Mary Ann Meek and I cannot find a death for her. Henry died in 1898 aged 53.
I am guessing that if a marriage ever took place it would have taken place after about 1865.  I have tried all sorts of other spellings for both Henry and Mary.

Any help would be gratefully received.
