« on: Thursday 27 July 06 20:40 BST (UK) »
Hi,

My father is trying to find information on his dad Robert Wall, all he knows is that he was in the Manchester Regiment, he thinks the bantams, he was born in Droylsden, Lancashire, (Manchester) in 1895 and served in the 1914-1918 war in Belgium and France, cannot find any records for him. Help!!!!

Thanks
Denise4480

hmmm but what happened to Pte R Wall 20131?

there's no sign of him in the medals, he's not on SDGW or CWGC

i suspect he didn't get through training with the manchesters
