Ancestry Changes
« on: Thursday 27 July 06 07:21 BST (UK) »
Trying to access Ancestry.co.uk  this morning without success - just get this message:

"We are currently updating the Ancestry site.
New features are being added to help you better discover your family story. We expect the website to be available again before 4 AM Mountain Time (6 AM Eastern). Please check back soon. "

6 AM eastern is 11 am BST I think.

Thanks for that retiring type, I was just trying to work out what the time was in English.  Considering it is Ancestry.co.uk you think they could work it out for us!!!!!  Mountain and Eastern time is not a lot of use to me!!

I'll have to find something else to do this morning

Sorry to change the subject slightly, but on Ancestry I usually save census images to people I am searching for, so it's quick to look back at what I have already found, since Ancestry has changed things I can't find them any more   :o  - the shoebox is there but I only save "maybe relevant info in there.

Does anyone else know where they might be stored now? or do I have to start again (I have downloaded most of them but not all).

Thanks

Pipkim  :)
