Just to add to Prues comments, if you are shopping for plastic sleeves a good indication of weather or not it is pvc - just smell it; pvc or similar materials actually smells plastic while the safer sleeves you can usually smell the cardboard box that they come in but not the sleeves (that smell is what does the damage)
