Tati, I'm not sure when MER Platt was born I'm waiting for my friends mum to get back to me with the definate date but she said about 1916.

I guess Minnie could have been going by her middle name, Beatrice, but the groom still doesn't fit with what I've been told.....and I thought my family tree was causing me problems!!!

Mary Elsie Ruby Platt is the daughter of James Platt and Minnie Beatrice (nee Bard)

OK.. I know this thread is from 2006, but, I have just started my family tree. Minnie Beatrice Bard is my great grandmother on my father's side.
Minnie gave her daughter Ivy up for adoption when she was born, Ivy being my grandmother.
Any information about Minnie having more children when she and James were married would be incredible!
Please help!
