Hoping that rootchatters may offer more leads in tracing 3 siblings of Constantia BILL 1790- 1858. Living in Cheltenham in 1951 according to the census.
Differing spellings of Constantia, Constasia, seen on records.

Mary Perks Bill birth about 1784 .on census living Cheltenam 1851- (Mary Bill) landed proprietor.

Have not found Eliza BILL bapt 1785 or Sarah Anne Bill bapt 1786.
Family originated from Stow in Stafffordshire.
