Can anyone help me I am trying to find a Stanier Bourne believed to be living in the Norton in the Moors area of the Staffordshire in 1863.

I have looked on the 1871 census and I cant find him,even using variations on his name. Do you have any other names to work with?
Found a this birth for 1871

Hi thanks for the help the Stanier Bourne you mention is the son of Thomas and Alice Bourne living at nettlebank on the 1881 census.  I feel that he could be a grandson of the Stanier Bourne I am seeking as. He is mentioned in the following which suggests he is in old age

 On 8th April 1863, a recitation was given at an Annual Tea Meeting in the National School, Smallthorne, by Thomas Tomkinson. The title of the recitation was Village changes

There’s our friend Stanier Bourne, at the top of the hill,
Where for years he has liv’d so quiet and still:
He is now getting old, though able to work —

Cant find Stanier but have found his son Thomas and wife Alice in the 1871 census
